The 14th sees the Sun within square of Jupiter. Oh those goals and desires feel so close, surely they’re within reach–but remember as you’re flexing your fingers in the desired direction that social conditiions, and perhaps a tendency to overreach, may defeat us, at least in the moment. Modest goals at present are not only much more achievable, they’re more desirable, as the tendency now is to look to the horizon rather than attend to what’s more immediately needed and is sometimes a necessary step in the progression toward the ends we have in our sights.
What we see 4 PM Pacific through the evening hours and beyond is a somewhat unsatisfying tendency to feel at loose ends; the Aries Moon will prompt us to act and to want, but so many other cautionary influences are in play that we’ll do best to, once again, keep our goals modest. We may end up angry and ready to pick a fight if we don’t channel the impulses successfully–a project or effort we can control is the most effective choice.

Thanks, Julie. Wow! that is one seriously lost balloon, isn’t it?
Yes it is! I thought it was the opposite of a modest goal, to get that balloon back! And you’re welcome! 🙂

Modest goals – that really describes it! I’m sore from all the snow shoveling and feel like that balloon in this beautiful painting. Another great choice of a painting. I enjoy them every day. 🙂
Thank you, V! Now it’s time to put your feet up and sip some hot cocoa–stay warm!
