‘The Bathers’ Albert Anker 1865 {{PD-Art}}

26 December is it the fanciful speculation by those around us that’s grating on our nerves, or is it we who entertain fantasies aloud, to the chagrin of others? There’s nothing wrong with communicating the ideal, the fantastical, or the imaginative, it’s just that some of us may be suffering from a surprising difficulty manipulating the material world, which is just outright irritating, and having to listen to others yammer about Shangri-La at the same time chafes. Our efforts somehow go badly: the physical refuses to be manhandled, so that things like moving furniture or putting up curtains or taking a trip to the grocery store just go badly. We drop the couch on our toes, manage to drill the holes for the curtain rod in the wrong place, and disturb the entire pyramid of Nicaraguan peaches, sending them splatting to the floor. It’s a day to escape, through reading, a spa treatment, movies, creative work, or our other Neptunian pursuits, like swimming or drinking! It’s only one day—don’t overdo. (Perfecting: Mercury sextile Neptune, Earth sesquiquadrate Saturn)
