It’s a matter of fighting lots of paper tigers we erect ourselves, fantasies, delusions, dream material, thoughts we carry that do not support the persona or its presentation, and much of this distraction is based on the way we are putting our attention on the past. If we allow it to, ‘what was’ enshrouds us in a fog that prevents any meaningful engagement with today. Those who are willing to focus on now, especially on the material situation they find themselves in, and are willing to take a flexible approach in terms of expectations and results, can find their opportunities, as well as their personal power and influence, growing exponentially.
