Falero 1880 'A Day at the Tavern'

Here’s the gist of it: The way a panoply of aspects may play into our celebrations is in making some of us supremely mopey–and who can blame those who’ve become acutely aware of what they don’t have, love or money-wise? The trick is not to let a melancholy seated in the past, and in what is not, take over the future–for what else is the New Year for, but to celebrate a new beginning? Take this to heart, and use what this aspect brings to create new goals  more in line with your heart, rather than what you’ve come to believe by rote you should have in order to be happy (for that’s where most of this dissatisfaction and ennui will be coming from, distorted ideas of what we must have in love or assets in order to be happy, ‘real,’ who we were meant to be).

Happy New Year!
