Around 4 PM PST of the 2nd the Moon squares Jupiter and sextiles Neptune, while effectively kicking off a T-square involving Jupiter/ Uranus opposite Juno. This suggests a prolonged period (through to the Moon’s Void) of tension that we try to resolve using the emotions and/ or intuition. The opposing forces will likely be the group v. our own personal empowerment needs (and this is probably a struggle that has been going on in some form for some time), and we will meet a situation that seems to require we find a solution to the stand-off. Maybe we can; Sag Moon puts the emotional emphasis on knowing–and what we know, intuitively or through the feeling senses, could be the key to resolving the issue. The chance that we may be mislead (or mislead ourselves) is there (Neptune)–but this comes at the beginning of the issue–if we can recognize false premises upon which we may be attempting to build our answers, then we can eliminate them and move forward confidently with the intuition in play.
Void begins at 9:21 PM, with the Moon entering Capricorn (oh here we go again!) at 11:38 PM PST. Dark of the Moon began about 1 AM of the 1st, ushering in a little ‘quiet time’–take these days as a chance to re-group and rest.
Through the first week of the month, the Sun moves toward square with Saturn–and we feel it, especially during the Dark of the Moon as the Moon approaches conjunction (and eclipse) with the Sun. This initial week may feel very heavy, with a lot of assessment of progress and accomplishment, and a lot of down feelings if we aren’t reaching amazing pinnacles. Don’t be so hard on yourself that you discount what’s of most importance: love, laughter, and the kind sustenance offered by the Universe.

saturn rules capricorn sun and then squares it! the exaulted mars is stumbling off the mountian top.
Mars makes sun a target then moves it into the kill zone w/ the libra, (law)saturn sqaure. don’t expected any help from jupiter unless you ‘allow’ institutionalization. The benefits of pisces uranius/jupiter conq trine scorpio/venus are ominious indeed. Avoid risks, hospitals. My favoriate radio host Ian Punnet, (3/3/60, (sat @ 15 degrees of capricorn)) had surgery on a twisted ankle, was sent home w/ a pin and cast, developed gangrene and is trying to save his foot.
Good point about ‘institutionalization,’ Lucy–there may be a big push, now and in the near future, for this kind of compliance, considering the long-range transits we’ll be experiencing.
And yikes! I hope Mr. Punnet can save his foot. As I understand it, a similar thing happened to designer/ architect Michael Graves–a sinus infection neglected became a coma-inducing brain infection that left him partially paralyzed. Let’s hope Mr. Punnet fares better.

there it is again, :=”kind sustenance of the universe”
as opposed to what? – when it crushes you to the dust?
Seems to me I didn’t have to worry about the “kind sustenance”
of the universe before I knew astrology… hm. Its just, interesting.
Was a time when I just of Jesus more, not all these “kind” planets, hmm.
maybe time for a new leaf in terms of what to spend time on.. hm.
2010 appalling and won’t make it thru another like that one!
“Everyman for himself” I believe is the phrase that comes to mind…
wish the planets would stop being so good to me – hm.
Maybe it IS time for a new leaf in terms of what to spend time on–good thinking.
BTW, William, one can only be conscious of the sustenance of the Universe if one is open to it–otherwise one gripes, grumbles, feels sorry for Self, and basically does not ‘learn,’ in one way or another. Everyone has trials, tragedy, and outright horror in their lives–it’s how we meet it that is important.

the present aspects have life exclusionary, that is an exclusive club, either you’re a due paying ‘club-man’ or you’re OUT. w/o resource… why be an individual when it means starvation. (pluto/NN conq. capricorn & the pisces uranius/jupiter, venus/scorpio trine & saturn/sun/mars square) family is important sure it allows for individual expression up to a point, “home is where you go and they will always take you in”, some form of ‘clubbing up’, is essential now especially as resources diminish. Don’t worry the individual will have his day once more just not right now.
Aries, taurus. gemini and cancer are the ‘I’s’ I am, I have, I think, I feel. and chaf under domination; leo, virgo, libra and scorpio are we’s; Sagittarius, capricorn, aquarius and pisces are ‘they’s’. So if you have a lot of the first 4 I’d say, “watch it!!”
Good points, all–and the distinction between the ‘I’ and ‘We’ signs is an important one–Thanks, Lucy!
