By 2:30 AM PDT the Moon is conjunct Vesta, uniting the emotional stance with those matters to which we dedicate ourselves. In Aquarius this will give an intellectual bent, and a desire to reason out some matters (passionate ones, like sex, or ones that claim the emotions, like the concept of ‘home’) that are better sensed or felt–so we can handicap ourselves by relying too much on the mind.
Things continue on in this vein until about 1:30 PM Pacific, when the Moon squares Sedna. Typically, we operate with a kind of triangulation going on all the time–but this aspect removes the emotional aspect of this, so that we send out a ‘ping’ looking for our position vis a vis the mind and any external stimuli and cannot find our place in things. It’s disorienting, as our feelings are just out of reach–as long as we stick to facts and the manipulation of physical realities, we’ll get through this period with little difficulty.

Love your use of ‘ping’ here! Does a call to a plumbing company count as a ping? Such is my Monday off. Julie, I’m very glad you keep up w Sedna (as does Alex D’Atria) because I can’t seem to begin using it in charts. ;p
Thanks, Jude! No, a ping to the plumber only counts if you can’t tell the plumber where you are *guffaw* Sorry to hear that’s your Monday. As to Sedna, just think of it as a ‘blind spot’ bringing this to anything it touches–I have Beth Turnageto thank for that succinct and highly workable picture of Sedna’s effect.
I hope the plumber is kind wit cha (and proficient) 🙂
