For Friday the 1st of June:
4:30 PM brings the Scorpio Moon quincunx Uranus and soon thereafter sextile Pluto. Emotions may be radicalized by what we experience; feelings run deep, and soon are launched on a trajectory toward transformation or destruction. Make sure you are the one taking aim and guiding the Plutonian effort. By 8-ish PM PDT we see whether that choice healed or hurt (Moon trine Chiron).
For Saturday the 2nd:
The 2nd is a sparse aspect day, with the only new one formed a quincunx of Saturn to Sedna. This suggests we will sense a need for adjustment to our physical environment, but will be lost as to just what these changes should be! However, Chiron is still within sesquiquadrate of Saturn, and tells us that anything done to heal our surroundings (especially to aid Mother Nature, with Ceres so close to conjunction with Sedna) or to foster positive interaction between authorities and those in their charge, or between mother and child, is a good thing to do, especially if it involves accommodating a relationship by tailoring the physical realm to it.
And for the 3rd of June:
The 3rd sees Mercury trine Saturn and the Sun trine Zeus; agreements become solid, contracts materialize, words hold real weight, and we may find it easy to suppress ourselves or others, or be suppressed ourselves–and at the same time we are oh-so-aware of our ambitions and desires. It’s almost a given that our communications will shine with these wants, and so what we may see are a thousand permutations of those desires as they materialize or are taken away.

I look forward to this opportunity for transformation?! Yes! I say let the planets do the heavy lifting!
Loved that new Eclipse, But such sad news this week, my heart was broken. A sad song about Life and Death came on the jazz station I was listening to and it made me feel a little better.
Some people have to take pharma to kill the sadness. My new self help book by Augusten Burroughs is really helping for some reason. And red wine.

Have to watch “Melancholia” this weekend–due back Sunday. Had to get the stereo fixed so we could hear “the end of the world” properly in symphonic splendor. Picking up “Goethe in Love” next. I hope more cheerful…hold the Dreary Wether guy!
So, my natal 15 sag Mercury (detriment?) on the 4th side of the IC, opp. Ceres…and transiting retro Venus on the MC will be eclipsed?! I hope some good will come from THAT! I’m looking forward to the end of some outdated unconscious habits I have been holding on to too long….Pluto in the 4th house W/ chiron…and the other stuff…sounds like a plan! It can happen!
Hi Elisabeth!
That does sound like a plan, letting the planets do the heavy lifting! Your natal situation in relation to the Lunar eclipse does suggest the possibility for change to some deeply held beliefs about the Self (the kind of things we just believe we are, without rhyme or reason), especially beliefs about authority and power, the maternal, and what you feel is your ‘territory’ in life, as well as your ‘natural’ role (all Ceres). Ideas (especially those related to Ceres energy) implanted in you by the family of origin may undergo complete transformation, and you could come out the other side of the eclipse set (at some point through to the next eclipses) much more ‘you’, without imposed ideas of the Self, than you’ve ever been before. With the eclipse occurring along the MC/ IC axis, the internal changes may be easily seen on the outside, and could involve changes to profession or status–not to mention the way any changes may affect the family (4th) as well.
Thank you about ECLIPSE, I’m glad you liked it, though I am sorry to hear it was a sad week for you. I’m afraid ‘Melancholia’ is not exactly a happy tale! to take your mind off things. It filled me with a Soul-deep grief–but then again, it is a magnificent work, and the beauty of it may help you transcend any thoughts on mortality or a world that won’t continue.
Thank you, Elisabeth, and I hope you enjoy your weekend!

Its been a pretty sad week for me as well. I’ve had some nightmares that have caused panic attacks. My Saturn in Gemini @ 14 degrees (8th house) conjunct my Gemini Moon causes me to feel fear quite a bit, sometimes for no reason. I hope when the Lunar Eclipse approaches on June 4th I won’t be leaving comments from a psyche ward. lol
Thank you for sharing your gift Julie. It means a lot ❤
Thank you, Nicole!
I can see that such a placement would cause a lot of fear, especially from what’s communicated by others (8th H). The eclipse may take the lid off that Saturn, so be ready, as the fears that are normally bottled up could become very active–but that could be a good thing, too, perhaps bringing you clarity (so that many of those fears are banished for good) and exceptional emotional enlightenment–to the point of becoming fearless! And there will also likely be a reckoning concerning your assets, talents, earning power, and those things shared by others–I’m thinking the distribution will become a lot more fair with this eclipse, so that you’ll really gather what you’ve earned–and for you that should be very good 🙂
Have a lovely weekend, Nicole, and love to you and Aneksi!
