Around 8 AM PDT the Libra Moon aspects both Sedna (by quincunx) and Juno (by trine), and that makes for an unusual influence: we are feeling emotionally empowered, and that means sure of ourselves, especially regarding our relationships and our aesthetics (Libra), but we may find we must adjust our feelings to accommodate something we are sensing but not able to pinpoint (Sedna). This can make for confusion and an unsettling fear of commitment; we want to be definitive, say ‘yes,’ but something is bothering us, and it’s no where in sight. Know that the uneasiness is seated in our fear of being blindsided; it makes us alert, but the only people who might find an actual hitch in their giddy-up are those with natal placements at 21 degrees–if these receive a hard aspect from the Moon (placements at 21 of the Cardinals), Juno (21 of the Mutables), or Sedna (21 of the Fixed signs), then you can look to this natal energy or where it’s placed for the ‘hidden’ source of your uneasiness.

The Moon sextiles Mars around 11 AM PDT and we have the energy to attack whatever we get in our sights–it’s our job to make sure that’s a goal and not a helpless bystander, much less a partner or mate–Libra inclines us to channel the energy toward those with whom we have a co-operative relationship (or those from whom we think we should get co-operation). We can get caught up in the ‘who’ of things and miss the impetus for action; try not to.

Before 8 PM PDT the Moon quincunxes Jupiter, making us aware of how we must adjust emotionally to the social scene, and then the Moon trines Neptune, inclining some to a perfect experience, allowing fantasy and imagination to reign, and bringing ideal situations before us; a scant few will find themselves deluded, fooled, or outright lied to. Again, the Libra Moon makes us hyper-aware of the others in our lives, and we can either let Neptune bring out the best or the worst in us and our relationships.

10-ish the Moon sextiles Vesta and quincunxes Uranus, and we may respond by modifying our wilder or more  impetuous inclinations in order to respect something we find sacred–it’s an opportunity to walk our talk, and we should take it. Void begins at 11:09 PM PDT. The Moon enters Scorpio at 11:17 PM PDT, and immediately trines Chiron in Pisces, suggesting this will be a healing influence for those open to it; for a few it will be interpreted as a good time to play the martyr or wounded one–easy to sort the positive individuals from the not so.

3:30-ish AM PDT on the 25th brings a sextile to Ceres, followed by a 6 AM quincunx to the Sun, and an 8 AM sextile to Pluto. This series of aspects sends the emotional outlook into a tailspin, as we try to do the right thing and yet find we not only must adjust our attitudes (unfairly, it seems) but that no matter what our choices are, they have consequences that are equal parts destructive and transformative. By 10 AM the Moon trines Venus and we get the pay off, emotional (Water signs) or otherwise–and what a long strange trip it’s been.
