It seems like there’s lots of negativity in the air, as if everyone and everything is focused on what isn’t working, what’s not right, and they are–but it’s an agenda that has a specific goal: to prepare us for the future. If we realize there are reasons and means for others to destroy our power, for our standards and commitments to be questioned, and to re-examine our goals and desires, then we’ll understand how important it is not to agree with what comes at us, but to stay tuned in and use logic, reasoning, and powers of observation to assess what needs to change, especially what or whom we should invest our time and energy in. We have our own inner wisdom at our fingertips, and thinking is unusually clear and precise–use your mind to build what’s to come.

For those born with the Sun at 04 Gemini. Check your natal chart for the correct Sun degree (you may want to read both the degree number and the one that follows, if you have minutes on your Sun position–together these offer a more complete picture of your year ahead). Dear Gemini, you may feel unusually stressed this year, especially in the ways you contact the world and show who you are. This is because at this time, during the solar year that lasts through to your next birthday, you will be showing all your most original ideas, unique traits, inventive abilities, and radical inclinations–and others, especially others who don’t value those qualities in you, may react differently than they usually do. It’s your job to decide just what this means to the matter or the relationship; ask yourself if this reaction to your sense of freedom is something you want in your life–and go from there. Take care that your penchant for spontaneity doesn’t tip into erraticism, and make a special effort not to flake out on obligations–even the most creative of us doesn’t get an automatic pass on holding up our end of things. Good luck!
