Only accept visions and expressions of power that vibe with your idea of who you are at a Soul level; remember values and measure all against them; and rely on trusted relationships, ones to which you are firmly dedicated. That should turn darker things into chances for Self-knowledge, and occasions to learn a little something about life, as well.
