The 25th is a Good Day To . . . be conscious of the prevailing ‘theme’: necessary caution v. believing in Yourself. What’s needed today isn’t so much finding a balance as it is knowing which attitude to take in each situation: one time being restrained is key, while another time owning your power and authority is essential to success. One clue in sorting things out: judge which response is called for by asking yourself if your chosen course is in any way related to your wounds. If you see that taking an action would (theoretically, you hope) address some hurt or injustice, then you must acknowledge that whichever tack you were inclined toward is the wrong one of the two to take.

It’s just that right now our wounds are drawing too much energy, too much attention, for us to navigate in ways most beneficial to us. Listening to our hurts will separate our values from what’s wise–and we certainly don’t benefit when that happens! We do, however, have a guiding concept we can apply: deal only with what you love, or maybe, deal with everything as if you love it (whether you do or not), and if you do then any changes you make or power you exert will be just right, Goldilocks.

The 24th is a Good Day To . . . ask yourself, What illusion am I currently accepting as real? It’s likely something prominent in our consciousness right now, something we are giving a lot of attention or energy to, and it’s definitely something that at best we’re seeing in some way distorted or enveloped in a film of unreality, and at worst we are completely deluded about this matter, to the point that our perception bears no resemblance to what is.

More than anything else, this is about honesty–our willingness to embrace it, to employ it, to see the world through that lens. Two points: though we may shy away from seeing things as they are because we fear it will hurt, seeing reality is the only way we can effectively interact with it, and if conscious awareness eludes us (it’s not necessarily your fault if you can’t see clearly–often we have been indoctrinated, deceived, or misled in some area, and find it particularly difficult to sort what is from what we’ve been told), try to look at current conditions through a lens of idealism. Searching for the ideal within the real both connects us more strongly to our values and helps us focus on the reality of what’s before us, in essence removing any imposed falsity.

The 23rd is a Good Day To . . . be aware that our actions are strangely alienated from our own instincts, and our reasoning is disconnected from our values, with each misfire holding the potential for serious missteps and bad choices, especially the kind that we look back on, astonished, later: ‘What was I thinking?’

This is a signal that it’s time to dive deep; no more skimming the surface, responding by reflex, allowing inbuilt impulse to drive the show. Look into what’s been shunted to the side, ignored or denied, until now, and find how really worthy these matters can be. Know that it was only expediency or small matters of preference that relegated these subjects to a dark corner, and that now is the perfect time to regard, use, harvest, and exploit them.

Note: Sun enters Scorpio, so it’s only natural our attention goes toward Scorpionic subjects–and this shift will be invaluable in helping us shine a light on those ignored matters that now can be so profitable.

The 22nd is a Good Day To . . . ground yourself in reality and facts as much as possible, if you hope to make any real-world progress. We’re confused about what’s smart! We’re misled as to what’s practical! We act and choose and don’t even realize that it’s rooted in our psychic wounds! And those same wounds have warped our values! You see the problem here.

It’s a big messy stew and no matter what we grasp at, we lose our grip and feel lost in a very fundamental way. Our best bet is to embrace that stew. Yes, that’s what I said! Get right in and wallow in it! That puts you in a very useful place in this particular way: you are immersed in the creative. Or maybe that should be ‘The Creative’. If you must move through the reality scenario, do so carefully and fully engaged with what is solid and known; but if you can retreat from the everyday, take the opportunity–and allow the power of the imagination, the dream, the generative impulse, to fill you, inspire you, and guide you.

The 21st is a Good Day To . . . realize that power and effectiveness currently rest on two things: honoring what we truly care about, and making the most of creative energies that align with ideals. In following these directives we see opportunities available now that have their roots in the past–and this makes knowing the surrounding facts not only easy but we can judge which options to take with a high degree of accuracy. We know what’s smart, we know what’s wise–trust your mind.

Hints for success: look to how others, particularly partners, can enhance or facilitate the situation, and remember that others also have goals and needs–help them where you can.

The 19th is a Good Day To . . . notice our own erratic or spontaneous behavior, as it may undermine our power position, and this can be traced directly to the way our actions and choices are at odds with our deepest convictions, values, and commitments. We betray ourselves, in a sense, but if we can change our thinking, specifically rooting out any guilt or unacknowledged desires, particularly for power, then we can align our thought/ action with positive, conscious change and reform, rather than being victims of our own conflicted impulses.

This is a warning call, however, to help you get out ahead of inevitable changes to come. Just look into the darker, ignored corners of your life; that hints at what you must prepare for.
