First Lunar aspect in Virgo is the Moon opposed Neptune, 10 AM PDT. We could have a couple of responses, one of which is complete rejection of anything fanciful, imaginative, or meant to stretch or elaborate on the truth. We could end up seeing fantasy come to life–and wonder why it just doesn’t look right. Then there’s the chance that we run toward a mirage–or that we feel like we’re surrounded by liars. Whatever comes forward may be an informal Rorschach test that tells us more about ourselves and our viewpoint on the world than it does about our surroundings.

By 2 PM Pacific the Moon conjuncts retro Mars. We are not, in reality, ready to act, but oh we may feel we are. Use that Virgo Moon to take inventory, to go over the details, and plan plan plan. Save your moves for later or, if you must, the dance floor.

Just before 7 AM PDT the Leo Moon quincunxes Pallas, bringing the emotions a small shock from the inner wisdom. What’s wrong? Only that we are too Self-absorbed to notice that what’s wise requires our modification and adjustment. So do it.

5 PM PDT the Moon squares Sedna, and by 7 the Moon is quincunx Mercury; we don’t know how we feel, but we insist on telling everyone! We are irritated, spurred to speak, and yet don’t really know how we feel. Oy. Can signal lots of trouble, if we let our mouths run.

For the 30th:

By 10 AM PDT the Cancer Moon opposes Pluto and both make a Cardinal Grand Cross with the Sun/ Earth axis. Some dark emotions, secrets, hidden matters, or things we’d rather not know come to the surface and nail us neatly to this config with a problem or two. How to resolve this, when everything seems so obvious and unsolvable? Time to come clean in this area–no two ways about it–this will allow an opening up with few repercussions–take the opportunity for a clean slate.

For the 31st:

By 2:30 PM PDT the Cancer Moon trines Mercury, both in Water, our Messenger sadly backward. This makes misunderstanding oh-so-easy, as we are prone to substitute our own emotional reactions for fact. It’s almost impossible to consciously navigate this–so use the intuition, if possible–feel the way through.

And for the 1st of April:

12:30 PM PDT the Leo Moon trines the North Node/ Juno conjunction. The emotions and intuitions are tuned in to our empowerment and our life direction, and though it may seem full steam ahead, we must consider that Merc is just on the verge of direction within days–and that our ideas about gaining personal power and making progress are probably good ones, but that we should hold back until Merc turns around to actually take a step forward.

10 AM PDT the Gemini Moon trines Saturn; restraint is easy, Self-discipline shows its rewards, and the emotions are soothed by a sense of organization and security–we know where we stand, and we may want to discuss it. The only people who will have trouble with this will be the wrong-headed sort who are unwilling to recognize boundaries–but that’s not any of us, is it? :)

Void begins at 11:07 AM PDT; the Moon enters Cancer at 4:08 PM Pacific time.

8 PM PDT the Moon trines Neptune; creativity flows, and so do the fantasies. Deception is, unfortunately, easily accomplished too, so stay alert. Special note: for those with Neptune in early Scorpio natally, this creates a Grand Trine that offers excellent emotional perspective on one’s creative nature, the possibilities still to be explored with this, and can point us in the direction of true (rather than imagined) creative strengths.

8 AM PDT the Gemini Moon trines Zeus, sextiles Vesta, and squares Pallas. This Moon may bring forward a lot of emotion-driven talk, especially about ambitions, goals, and desires, and about what we find sacred, and this will in some way be unwise! Perhaps we’ll talk in front of the wrong people, making ourselves vulnerable, or we’ll come off as naive or unrealistic in our desires–in any case, a time to examine our wants in the light of our values, but not necessarily to share them.

6 AM PDT the Gemini Moon squares Neptune, with the possible effect of making us doubt ourselves; with Merc retro, Neptunian fog rolls in and makes us feel lost, or maybe deluded, even when we can’t say just what it is we’re being fooled by. Don’t allow uncertainty to plague you, and don’t make changes based on current perceptions–they’re bound to be off the mark.

Noon Pacific time the Moon sextiles Uranus, pushing us to act spontaneously, perhaps in that Neptune-influenced area–don’t! There are a lot of itchy trigger fingers and impatient kittens on the scene today–try not to be one of them!

11 AM PDT the Taurus Moon conjuncts Sedna. The emotions disappear in a puff of smoke–or do they? Just because we don’t know our feelings doesn’t mean they aren’t there. This can be a flashpoint for unconscious emotion made manifest; the tendency is to believe we’re highly rational at this time, and unaffected by feeling–but that would be incorrect. Move through this very carefully. The tough thing is, the Moon comes up on Sedna and his current partner, Venus–and not being able to know our values and aesthetics at this time, and especially not being able to see the worth of relationships or money, may be especially crippling. I would recommend NO big decisions or actions (or maybe even interactions) for a window lasting the entire day of the 26th.

Just before 5 AM PDT the Taurus Moon quincunxes Juno and sextiles Chiron. The emotions must adjust to the empowerment picture–we really have no choice. We do have a choice concerning our response, though, and we may feel hurt, believing we’ve been injured, or we may see it as a chance to heal something in our attitude concerning the power and position we have. We know which choice is the better one, don’t we?

9 AM Pacific the Moon completes the trine to Pluto, bringing any fierce feelings to a head. Duck.

Attitudes can be light, can be deeply feeling, or can flit into the deceptive or delusional. 3 AM PDT the Aries Moon conjuncts Vesta, and nestles roughly at the midpoint of Jupiter/ Pallas. The emotions become sacred, and we may want to let everyone know, and that our feelings are uncommonly wise, too. Strangely, this spurs the kind of adolescent philosophizing that is at core supremely naive in its belief that the speaker has found the source of all wisdom and sanctity, and it is within ;)   Used maturely, we can apply our feeling to a worthy social cause, with kind aid offered, consisting of a reverence that amounts to prayer.
