Happy Birthday, dear Cancer! This coming Solar year you need to aim directly to fulfill goals, dreams, and desires–and it won’t necessarily be easy. Dear Cancer, it appears you’re in a period of deep introspection brought about by certain material experiences of late–and these are direct reflections of inner issues you have not really wanted to face. Now is the time, and you have the personal strength with which to deal with things–so why hesitate? If you want to move forward, this is the way to proceed, by looking at and resolving those things you’ve been avoiding. You owe it to yourself to pursue those ambitions you’ve been putting aside in favor of handling more mundane problems–but the only way to successfully overcome those everyday issues is to deal with what you’ve been turning away from–I know, it’s around in a circle, isn’t it? Dear Cancer, it looks like it’s been a tough year–material matters have exerted their power on you in a way you never expected–but you should know, that’s over now–or at least, waning. You’ve got to look deep within and make an accounting of your resources and talents during this Solar year, through to your next birthday, in preparation for forming a whole new set of ambitions and goals. Dear Cancer, it looks like this coming Solar year you’ll spend your time in power struggles over love or money (or the matters of the House in the natal chart with Scorpio on the cusp); that doesn’t sound very fun, does it? Let’s look at it another way: you’ll have the gumption, energy, passion, sense of mission, or desire to go after what you truly want–and you’ll do it no-holds-barred. You’re claiming what the Soul longs for; remind yourself that just because someone else is upset doesn’t make what you want wrong–and as long as you don’t actually harm anyone in the process, it’s okay to want (and go after) what you want. Happy Birthday, dear Cancer! Will it be Love or Power for you? If it’s Love, it’s, as the old song goes, right here waiting for you; it seems you just need to turn your head, to communicate your interest, to smile, for gosh sakes, with that wonderful Cancer sense of joy (nobody does joy like Cancer!) for the connection to be made and the love story to begin. I know you don’t believe that–I can feel the skepticism from here–but it’s true: your love is already within reach. Dear Cancer, it looks like you’ll be making plans this coming Solar year to achieve your dream either money or relationship-wise, and you have an excellent chance of succeeding.
